My research interests are in developing novel algorithms and statistical models for solving problems that arise in high-throughput biology, computational neuroscience and camera networks. In my work, I develop as well as utilize ideas from Computer Vision, Signal Processing and Machine Learning.

I received my PhD in May 2008 under the supervision of Professor Shankar Sastry from Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences department at UC-Berkeley. In June 2008, I joined Howard Hughes Medical Institute's Janelia Farm Research Campus to work with Dr. Eugene Myers. While at Berkeley, I used to attend the Computer Vision meeting, and
Heterogenous Sensor Networks Meeting.

Complete list of my publications and invention disclosures can be found here. Google Scholar's listing of my publications is here.
