Research
My research interests are in computer vision and signal processing (with applications to high-throughput biology and networks of cameras). For a detailed description of my work, please see the complete list of my publications.
I received my PhD in May 2008 under the supervision of Professor Shankar Sastry from Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences department at UC-Berkeley. In June 2008, I joined Howard Hughes Medical Institute's Janelia Farm Research Campus to work with Eugene Myers. While at Berkeley, I used to attend the Computer Vision meeting, and Heterogenous Sensor Networks Meeting.
